LUK Hospitalities, established in 2017, is a Birmingham based Hotel Ownership and Management Corporation. We are a family owned company focused on developing, owning and managing successful hotels. LUK Hospitalitie owns and manages hotels in Birmingham, employing over 200 associates. We are proud franchise partners with Ibis Hotels.

With a master in Supply Chain Management from Cranfield School of Management, Neel is a young and dynamic CEO taking on the world of hospitality management. He has previously worked in some of the biggest companies such as Coca Cola, Unilever and ITC and has delivered excellent results. He dreams to grow the company’s profile and plans to add more hotels and restaurants in the future. An avid food and drink enthusiast and likes anything unique in this sphere!
Zubin is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has a master in Finance and Management from Cranfield School of Management. Before joining NCH he used to run his own consultancy firm and here he has extensively dealt with the accounting and auditing of hospitality chains. A great addition to the business and brings a decade of experience.
With over 20 years of work experience in different admin roles, Claire Jarvis is the perfect addition to LUK Hospitalities. Her experience spans across a lot of roles from banking to being a receptionist and also doing sales. She has been responsible for setting up an entire admin department at her previous job in Hermes.
Faycal has over 15 years of work experience in the hospitality industry. He has worked in some of the biggest hotel chains such as Holiday Inn, Hilton, Jury’s Inn and Ibis. He has also been involved in the opening of several properties such as the Hilton in Waterloo. He is an all rounder with extensive experience in all aspects of hospitality management including administration, operations, quality assurance, and customer service. He is also proficient in strategic planning & implementation, service execution, budgeting and human resource development.
